it would probably be pretty easy for a plantiff's attorney to show that you were riding beyond your means (speeding, riding 2 up, etc...) and ability to control and manuever your bike. so i dont think giving them rides would be the best decision, but in any case...if something does go wrong, pony up big and get a badass defense attorney. dont take any chances. all in all, if someone pulled out in front of you, ideally it wouldnt be your fault...so any legal agression would be focused on that driver and their insurance and what they would be liable for, not so much you...however, if she is young and her parents hate bikers or something, i am sure they could come after you somehow. again, just get the best attorney you can find.
