so his rpm's are going up and down while hes stopped in neutrel? if that is the problem i'd like to know the solution too cuz i've known people with that problem and my 92 prelude is now doing it sometimes. ive heard a bunch of different stuff like its the timing belt needing to be adjusted, a sensor thats messed up, or one of the wires that goes to the fuel injection. somebody help us out here.
