there is a seal inside the distributor sub assembly that is known for leaking oil also. You can replace just that one seal for like 8 bucks from honda if they still sell those seals seperatly. 9/10 that is what your problem is. That or find another sub-assembly that doesn't leak oil. My opnion is to go see if you can get a new seal and replace that part.

*should have stated this first, pull your cap off and see if oil is inside the cap or leaking around the cap area, that is usually a sign of that sub-assembly seal leaking oil.
