I gained 50whp with JUST a turbo setup. Very small intercooler, and about 1,000 into it.

If you do this properly. IE turbo kit and Hondata, with a proper intercooler, you can make some serious power, without upgrading internals... I believe someone posted on here about a CRX w/ a y8 motor running boost and Hondata. 260+whp.
It was running 12's.
