My friend has like a 93 or that body style prelude, and when his h23 blew, he bought a 97 h22a. Heres the problem. For a while his car when being in neutral and was idleing the revs would jump repetedly(sp) to which someone told him or he thought it was his tps senesor. So according to him he replace the tps, and made sure that all sensors, hoses, lines, etc were in good working order. But when he started his car the damn thing went WOT with out his foot being on the gas. I thought it might be that his throttle cable or TB is sticking open. I also recall hearing a simular prob on a GSR a while back, and remember hearing a guy saying that it was his fuel filter, but my freind is certain that is not the prob. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
