Maybe if it was a domestic built v-10. Most imports from europe that are v10's generally rev quite high, since they generally arn't huge displacement engines. Ferraris generally rev high like that.

but yeah, he's right, lots of v10's and 12's can rev very high, just not our good ole dinosaurs here in the states.
