I am sure Cophers has some VeeDubs but I havent been there for quite a while. I would try and find an 83-84 GTi tranny. The final drive is 3.94 so the car will be pretty quick. The car if its stock will top out around 110 though. I think your car had a 4k so there shouldnt much of a difference.
