Default How much to pay - E-commerce Auto manager??

I have a client in clearwater that wants to hire an e-commerce manager for their dealership group = It's a little outside my scope - but figured this would be a good place to get some feedback on what they would need to pay to get someone of quality -

E-Commerce Sales Manager
• Develop and maintain a customer base from the existing 1200 dealers located across the United States
• Maintain an interactive website that allows our customers to purchase products on line
• Interacts with customers via phone and internet
• Assist in the development and implementation of web-based marketing programs to drive revenue growth
• Participate/travel to trade shows

Position will require:
 Minimum of 3-5 years of automotive dealership experience in sales or parts department
 Proven track record of achieving or over achieving goals
 Build relationships with new customers and expand relationships with existing customers
 Demonstrated knowledge related to dealer-installed options
 Strong written and oral communication skills
 Computer proficiency in MS Office and a comfort level with using automated data based software
 Meet or exceed sales revenue goals as established by management.
 BS/BA in marketing or other related field is preferred

So - any ideas out there??
