It is very common for the 35's to cause this when the maf is too close do to a sort of backwash that happens when the compressor wheel is moving fast then the throttle is let off and causes the intake air to flow back in the pipe. With the green and a bit of a longer intake pipe it should be much quicker of a tuning process.
