Although a few people said that this should be discussed between Jerry and S&R I disagree. We need to see how a new shop can handle thing. Humilty is much to be spoken for. There are many tuners and builds (3 I can think of off the top of my head) that are very very well know but I refuse to take my car there simply because of their attitude. S&R seems to be way to defensive about the situation which makes you wonder.. why? After reading this I would never consider taking my car to S&R. The Jerry's dyno experience is not the reason at all. Sure it is a new shop, they are going to have problems it's to be expected, but as a new shop it is their responsibility to make things right and admit their faults. If S&R had simply appologized and said they really weren't sure wether it was their fault or not (not taking any blame) but said that they are a new shop, still learning how to use their equipment and that with a little time they know they will have everything worked out, I would definitely take my car to a shop like that. Jerry is an awsome guy and his cars are amazing. When I blew the 16g on my old awd talon Jerry jumped right in and gave me an amazing deal on a new turbo and was definitely one of the most down-to earth people I have met.

To sum it up I am saying I would not go to S&R simply because of their attitude, based on what they have posted and what has been said they have said. Mishaps happen and everyone knows that, but ignorance will be their downfall.
