I do have a sawzall but I don't have a vise and I don't have a torch. Rather not buy things to get this done. I really don't want someone holding it down while I cut into it with my sawzall (speed is adjustable on it) don't want to be responsible or cause any accidents.

Hell I know the rubber part can be melted or cut out. Its the ring that needs to be pressed out/banged out that I'm worried about.

I guess if thats my only solution and no shop close by can do it then I'll go ahead at it.
