i call BS.

in order for that bypass to work, the ENTIRE air filter would have to be covered with water in order for the bypass to work.
if the entire filter isnt covered, the motor pulls air from the uncovered portion of the filter because it will follow the path of least resistance.
if your running a shorty intake, think about how engulfed your motor has to be in order to suck THAT much water in. i think you would have other problems to worry about if your engine bay is flooded with water.
small amounts of wter are usually burned up in the combustion chamber. there have been intakes for Domestics for YEARS, hell DECADES and no one else has ever made one.... think about that.
also, if it was so great, why havent any car manufacters added this? if it happened often, it would be cheap insurance for the millions of cars made each year........but it never happens, so they dont do it.
unless youve got the entire airfilter placed below the car <why?!>
dont buy it, its just a thing that ricers buy.
