if you put 134 to the wheels with just intake and exhaust, the dyno was broken. B16's put about that much to the wheels, and they are rated at 160CHP. your D16 is rated at 130CHP stock, which is about 110 to the wheels stock, theres no way an intake and exhaust gave you 24-WHP.
Ive seen 120hp and a tad over 100tq to the wheels with a y8 with bolt ons(I/H/E) at a local dyno years ago.Srt4's with a overboost CEL the ecu will pull maaad timing and the car can prob be beat by a auto civic.A srt4 with 7 lbs of boost(which is what they will make with certain CEL to save the engine) will prob run 16's at the track.Figure the car has 14lbs stock it will DEF run like dogshit.Not saying the civic is UBER fast but maybe some srt4 owners can chime in and back me up on the CEL issues.
