Not sure if you all had done this, but here's the very general rule of thumb.
89~90 S13 = change out gauge cluster (you will need at least the 91+ tach) and also speed sensor (S13).
91~94 S13 = change out speed sensor (S13).
95+ = change out speed sensor (S14).
i have a 93 and i swapped the speed sensor and it still doesnt work... ill see what i can do.
