Default testing waters on type r

I'm testing the waters on my black 2000 acura integra type r. I had the car up forsale for 14k but this saturday night I threw a rod bearing. well im pretty sure that's what it is. I should know by tomorrow forsure. I'll sell the car with the motor or without it for the right price. open to trades ,I need a car to get me back and forth to work that runs good. I'm in no rush to get rid of the car so do not lowball me. looking for 240's, ek hatch's or other honda's.
I AM NOT PARTING IT OUT!!!

here are some things that are done to the car:

head is stock
bottom end has
aebs sleeves
bored to 84mm
eagle rods
je 9:1 comp pistons
arp headstuds
new water pump and timing belt
new headgasket and intake mani gasket
most gaskets have been replaced when the motor was rebuilt..
apexi exhaust
brand new omni power testpipe
gator racing axles
comptech strutbar
parts i have that are not installed
rc 750cc injectors brand new
t3/t4 60 trim turbonetics turbo
turbonetics wastegate
love fab a/c comp equal length manifold
3" love fab downpipe
wastegate dumptube
fluidyne radiator brand new
tial blowoff valve brand new
greddy intercooler
p28 ecu and obd2-obd1 conversion harness
I'm sure that i forgot some stuff.
