think about it. Centrifugal blowers are always spinning up, they never achieve max boost. A turbo has a threshold, once it passes it it will maintain that boost so long as the wastegate is properly manipulated. On the whole, unless space is somewhat of an issue, a turbo is a better choice than the centrifugal blower every time.
