Look for a B16A head, they flow much better. And get the LS/Vtec Eagle kit, it will make you life much easyer.
Also yes on the ARP rod bolts and head bolts. Need to hold that shit together.
Honestly they are about the same in terms of flow. I would say get whatever is cheapest. And get a Golden Eagle Mfg. conversion kit
