do you leave the fuel tank petcock "on, I know it s a rubber diaphram, but it could be bad and being that it sat that long it could have flooded the carbs.

use a wire tie if you decide teh hold open throttel, the tape will leave its residue and will not be easy to get off.



also check the fuel in the tank, smell it, it might be bad, not that fuel normally goes back within that time frame, but the way things are going right now with fuel prices/BS from the fuel companys, they are probably dielooting all grades of fuel, what was once 87 is now 83-85 and what was once 93 is now about 90 - jmo


if it does smell bad, eith drain it or go get some octane booster and add to it, plus new fuel
