look these cars are getting old. He is most likely not the original owner if it's on its # engine he may not know about it. If he did then the issue is the original engine went bad cheapest option replace engine. (the guy posted pics stated maitenance probably shop done and has reciepts) and wants pm besides carfax the only thing you get to do is test drive.

If your bashing him because he doesn't know about nissans get over it, you prove you know about valve covers (wow if color and bolt patterns determine reliability were all doomed)
