just use a stock one, there is absolutely no reason to "upgrade" your oil pump. the only thing that can really be done to the oil pump is put a shim under the sprung release valve to build slightly higher pressure or u can replace the gear inside with a supossedly "hardened" gear whic is less likely to shatter due to excessive vibrations

for what reason do u think u need to upgrade this???
