get some aircraft stripper, some 1000 and 2000 grit sandpaper, mothers billet polish and some masking tape....mask off the parts that u dont want to polish, then spray the stripper on and let it sit for a little bit, then wetsand it with the 1000 grit until all the paint comes off, then when you have all the paint off wetsand it with the 2000 grit to smooth it out and then pull the tape and put the polish on and buff them, depending on how you work on it and how detailed you are it should take u between 1 1/2-3 hours per wheel...for mine it took me 7 1/2 hours to do both rims
