4.10's are the way to go. Don't be scared. Hell, I went from 3.73's right to 4.30's and it was well worth the swap. Now I'm thinking about switching to some 4.56's. Gotta love the 1.51 short times. 
shit man this thing is an every now and then weekend warrior(13.9's ) lol and a 95 percent work and fun car. 4.10's would kill gas mileage and it would make for shitty road trips....
heh, gonna stick with low gears for now.
Anyhow this will be a nice improvment...
