i can't keep all of the screwed up details straight.
one minute the car just blew up, then next, the car blew up in november.....
the store was open, its was closed, comunication started, then it never happened....

seems like someone is trying to get something for nothing.
however it is cut, the 30 days is over, you aren't gonna get anything for it now that it is 4 months later.
if it really died within the 30 days, then you should have jumped up and down about it then. it should have been easier to get ahold of the guy, thats where he messed up. but waiting til now to make a big deal about it is pretty sketchy....
