Need some help.. I picked up a MSD Universal Boost Timing Master for my 93 240 KA-T, part number 5462. After looking at the installation instructions, it shows most installs being hooked up to the distributor. I was told that you dont have to hook up to the distributor on the S13's
Without hooking it up to the distributor, how does it pull timing? The only wire diagram that shows no distributor is the Ford TFI Ignition (Figure 6.) Can I use the diagram from the Ford TFI to hook my BTM up? Here is a pic of the diagram to the Ford TFI.
