catch can will help, if u have blowby. and it will keep oil vapor out of the intake pipe. if your turbo is going bad in the seals, then it wont change anything. but slap it back on and make sure its cleaned well (check the whole hotpipe too and make sure it hasnt made its way to the intercooler yet (or youll have to flush that and the cold pipe too out and clean them). and just periodically check the oil level and the turbo, esp near the intake pipe and hotpipe connections. also watch for smoke. you'll be fine for now. a little oil leakin past wont hurt much, but if it gets worse, time for new turbo.
