I have a decent tube bender set up for 1.5in tubing, and a nice Tube notcher, I havent really messed with cages, but i build 3 and 4 links and crossmembers with mine, and use a mig welder, Not sure how extensive you want, or if you want all the welds Tiged, If its not to bad, and you dont mind mig i can possibly help you out. - mike
