if you are running the stock setup with the valve cover lines, you could be getting enough oil vapor in the intake pipe from excessive blowby to cause there to be a thin layer of grimy oil on everything. over time, if u dont take the intake pipe off, it would puddle a bit.

most likely the turbo is old and the oil seals on it are getting worn and letting some get by and into the compressor housing. its common wear, most of the time the exhaust seals go first though. make sure you're not smoking at all, have someone follow you around for a bit as you get on it. eventually, you'll just need to replace the turbo.

keep an eye on it, you dont want the intercooler and piping to get oil in it, it will make its way to the intake and eventually if you're getting enough oil pushing past and into the combustion chambers, it can cause detonation. but if that happens youll definitely notice the oil leak is major.
