Its is very common to have the intakes crack on 2 valve cars all of there intakes are plastic. I am sure someone will chime in with a story. Personally it has happen to several people at the tracks I have been to.
well it is funny u said that because when me and some friends were at test n tune on thursday night my friend cracked his on his 98 GT but he replaced it with a crown vic manifold i believe, not all plastic. He was basicly stock and was not runing nitrous
