Just my 2 cents, but if im going to go through all the trouble of swapping turbos and etc, i wouldnt go from small to almost as small.
the S15 turbo is a waste of time in my mind, a nice T3/T4 setup is the way to go if you want a fast spool up and better power.
just because its a bigger turbo doesnt mean its going to be TOO laggy.

my turbo is pretty big and i get full boost by 3200rpms, with stock head/cam and etc.
now i have a old straight 6 but it doesnt flow for shit, no were near a SR.

like i said... just my 2 cents.
