What's wrong with TSIRacer's offer? Unless it's a typo or something, a "mint" T-28, with a sidemount to boot, for a $100, is a steal in my book. I'm actually suprised a DSM'er hasn't gotten wind of that yet.

A T-28 will push plenty of power for most street apps.
