UPPER TIE BAR - POLISHEDNeuspeed Front Upper Strut Tie-Bar. Connects the left and right side upper strut mounts in your engine compartment to increase chassis rigidity. The result is improved steering response, especially on cars with high performance wheel & tire packages.

Notes
Single 1"tubular cross bar with a solid 4 point mounting system. Fits all Golf IV and Jetta IV models except 24-valve VR6 models
