it is for the secondary o2 sensor on b16a1 engines. Let me guess he has both o2 sensors wired into one sensor right? Seen it a bunch of times, he needs to wire up two o2 sensors in the same positions as they are on the stock b16a1 manifold.
The b16a1 ecu's are really picky about the o2 sensors and the positions where they are placed on the manifold.
