My gf's car was hit by a driver insured by Direct General. An estimate was sent to Gene Perez and was dropped off a week later when the parts were ordered. The shop found more damage than estimated and submitted a supplement to the insurance company. It's been about 10 days not and the car is still scheduled to be done until the Mon the 19th. The car rental company called this am and said today is the last day the insurance company is paying for the car. The insurance company is saying the body shop should pay for the remainder of the time and the body shop is saying the insurance company should pay until the car is done. What can I do? Can I report the insurance company to some sort of bureau?
