Stock Map sensor is good for 11psi, if he wants to run more than 11 a Motorola 2.5 bar is a better sensor that also happens to be cheaper. Get some 450cc or bigger injectors and then tune.
A missing link will probably end up resulting in a cracked ring land which is way more expensive in the long run.
