NO.. The fucksticks were racing down all the way by the two big hotels. I can only imagine how fast they were going. The road swerves because the construction. There is a barrior that cuts off a lane (makes it merge over) right before the overpass. It was JUST AS MUCH the civic's fault for being right beside him going WELL in excess of 100mph in a construction area right before the vererans expressway. There is no reason to be going that fast in that area.
