Shooting in HD for internet TV isnt realistic. Most people dont have the ability to stream 1080, also since to run true 1080 a 5 min file is gonna be about 7.5 gigs or if its DVCPRO-HD its going to be 30 gigs. We shoot with XL2-GL2s and even that is more then is needed.

standard DV converted to flv is the way to go, best quality/file size. Might want to consider that. You can see a simple of that here:
