this is the only problem mine ever had, i also thought it was the alternator so i replaced it and it still did it. so i got pissed and didnt know what it was cause the battery tested fine, so then i decided to check the fuses just for the hell of it and i found a blown fuse under the hood, replaced it and its been fine ever since......
