Exhaust questions:

This is what I have heard I should do H pipe, to 40 series flowmasters, then dumps but a few people said I would lose power from dumps and that I should put the stock exhaust back on after the flows.

1. Is it true i will lose power with dumps?
2. And should I do the H pipe?
3. What exhaust should I go with?

Any help is appreciated new to TR and new to Mustangs thanks for tha help?
