I'm sure there would be minor fitment trimmings required. It's definitely a weight savings. And if you can't source the ever so sought after black dash, it's not that expensive of an alternative if you think about it. And you can just cut and add to it as needed (radio, gauges, toggles, etc)... I'll have to reconsider this when I get to finishing my interior... Hell I've even got an OEM Pony Logo to put on the passenger's side
