well ur in wrong forum number one..number two..19 psi on what turbo?...ull need to atleast hone the block out..u can use 81mm if its at stock bore right now....pistons/rods/arp rod bolts..a must..a nice eagle crank wouldnt be a bad combo..and it just so happens..i have one for the lowest price ull ever see in ur life..300 firm this week(with under 100 miles on it)....other then that..do u plan to build the head..most likely ull want to..or do lsvtec...wiseco cp are both good pistons..so are je..just dont use srp(from what ive been told)...and i dont really recommend u building the motor urself..thats a lot of money u could waste if u dont know what ur doing...other then that ull need to micro ur crank..get bearings that fit get pistons pressed on..install rings etc..def a job for a shop or someone with the correct tools..i highly recommend u do not do it urself..and 19psi on a t3/t4 turbo is a lot..and will need to be tuned correctly..ull also need fuel pump injectors etc..and u dont need..but ull want a obd0-1 conversion along with a 3bar map sensor....and the list doesnt end......
