its a single hose, leather hose .. you dont want more than one hose hookahs they hit like shit because one of the hoses wont be in use so its venting air out,its like a boost leak on a single hose its got a recirc plug so it hits like a beast .. im da hookah expert if u have any questions let me know .. you interested in a even trade for you inlet hose? lol
