There's nothing wrong with wet sanding and buffing. You can go to wal mart, get a 3 pack sheet of 2000 grit sand paper (the color of the sandpaper is gray not brown like most), wet sand your headlights really good, but stay away from your paint, let it air dry then rub the nu finish all over. When that's done drying attach the polish wheel to a drill and buff it out, you'll be surprised. You can use that shit on your whole car.
