the headlights on my car are foggy. not condensation foggy, but dirty or sun fog, or whatever foggy. its not noticably bad but when i turn the lights on, the reflection is grossly apparent in the fogginess. ive heard a few different opinions on how to clean them.

1. brake fluid
2. buff

does anybody have any experience with either, and does it work very well? also, is it possible to do something with the headlights so that they dont fog up again?
