You'll have a tough time fitting a 12" sub in the back of a Wrangler unless you take the back seat out. If you 're looking to keep the back seat though, I've found the best enclosure to be a single 10" in a down-firing box. 2 8's in a down-firing box would be another option, which can get surprisingly loud.
