LS1 FTW, end of story. The LS1 is welcome in any car that it will fit into because 11 times out of 10, it will be a better motor for the car. What is not to like about this engine. It is all aluminium (which means it's lighter than an RB and even an SR), it has 5.7L, low end torque, and it is one of the easiest motors to get power out of. It's just a shame GM put this motor in heavy cars.
how is an aluminium 5.7L v8 lighter than a aluminium 2L I4?
cool build. i am not usually into the ls1 swaps into import sports cars, but the r34 is more of a touring car so i think the ls1 works well in this chassis.
