Do you mind elaborating on where the 7000 dollars went, I'm interested in getting mine but when I checked on the DMV website it said the requirements were
-a completed application
-$25,000 bond or letter of credit
-garage liability insurance, copy of business lease or proof of ownership for your location
-approval by DMV rep, certificate for completed dealer seminar
-Business documents (copies of corporate agreement, fictitious trade name registration, sales tax number, federal employee ID number)
