Car: 90 Crx b16
Problem: Wont Start ; No Spark

Replaced Cap/Rotor
Replaced Igniter Coil
Checked Voltage at distributor plug , Getting power to dist.

Is it possible that the distributor is bad all together even though I replaced the igniter coil today?

Or Could it be the main relay preventing spark, Ive heard it thhe main relay preventing fuel pump from working.

This is a fresh swap and all ground are connected and wires/plugs/igniter/cap/rotor/engine harness are all bran new.

What are some possible things it could be?
And When I turn the key to the second click, should I hear the fuel pump engage? I can feel the main relay click once but I dont hear the pump
