If you're not a fan of the stretched look, then you shouldn't have bought wheels with offsets that require a stretched tire. I've seen 205's on a +0, and you need moderate camber (2*?) and probably a little rolling as well. If you want to run 225's, you're looking at a little fender modding up front and another degree of camber. By the way, if your car is "low" and you have stock rear upper arms, you have 3* of rear camber.

205/55 won't look too crazy on an 8, I don't think. There's enough sidewall that it won't look too stretched. This tire is 6% smaller than the stock size, so you'll have 6% better acceleration. Your speedo will also be 6% too fast. A 205/50 is a little Honda tire, and I personally think it looks retarded.

If you add negative camber up front, you'll add toe-in. A little toe-in is fine, but too much and you'll wear your tires out prematurely. Also, if you add toe unevenly, your car will pull. Don't be cheap and ruin your new tires. Get an alignment.
