Car: 95 Civic EX, jdm b16a swap

It's really weird, it was throwing an o2 sensor code, so I ordered a phearable.net ecu and had john chip the o2 sensors out, and now it's still doing it, when its cold it wont stay running unless your foot is on the gas, once it warms up it runs beautiful.. any ideas?
