Yes exactly, that DEF was NOT an 850HP STi. Theres really only a few 800HP+ STi's including ESX's drag car thats made it into the 7's I believe. An 850HP STi is NOT a daily driver, does NOT use pump fuel, and is most likely NOT road legal.
